How does the world’s highest quality natural flower and pine honey from Anatolia’s high-altitude regions and rich endemic plant diversity reach kitchens thousands of kilometers away? Türkiye is in the second place in the world after China with an annual production of 115 thousand tons of honey. We have reached a volume of more than 32 million dollars in honey exports and this figure is increasing every year.
Turkish companies contribute to this success by delivering Turkish honey all over the world. As Manavlar Food, we answer this question with a meticulously planned process that extends from local to global. The natural honey we produce in cooperation with more than 2,000 beekeepers operating all over Türkiye is packaged untouched in our state-of-the-art facilities and delivered to European countries such as Germany and Spain, especially the USA, and 35 countries in the Gulf such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
THE SAFE JOURNEY OF NATURAL HONEY
The journey of honey from Anatolia’s natural environment to the table involves a very delicate process. All food standards apply to honey. To ensure that this precious product can be safely consumed in kitchens thousands of kilometers away from our country’s natural flora, all steps, from logistics to packaging, are managed with advanced technology and organization. As Manavlar Food, we prioritize naturalness and quality at every stage from honey production to packaging. We cooperate with our beekeepers in different regions of Türkiye and provide them with training, technical support, and equipment.
We implement strict inspections from the beginning to the end of the honey production process and act in accordance with world honey production standards. By European Union quality standards, we provide our beekeepers with regular beekeeping training We accept only 100% natural honey collected from our beekeepers and delivered to our factory in 26.5 kg cans. We take samples from each can and analyze whether it contains antibiotics, additives, sugar, or colorants. We make the results of these analyzes transparently available. We deliver our verified honey to consumers by packaging it untouched in our state-of-the-art packaging facilities. We also maintain this sensitivity by planning our logistics processes by the set standards.
We offer filling services for our own brands as well as those of our business partners. With this flexible production model, we both enable our customers to confidently represent themselves in the global market and contribute to the worldwide recognition of Turkish honey.

As Manavlar Food, we not only support the sustainable development of the Turkish beekeeping sector, but also work to promote Turkish honey in the international arena. By participating in international fairs, trade delegations, and various promotional organizations, we introduce Anatolia’s unique honey to the world. Instead of exporting our honey obtained from Anatolia’s endemic flora in bulk and unbranded, we deliver it to the world’s tables packaged and branded with the slogan “Product of Türkiye” to provide more added value.

As in previous years, Manavlar Food became the company that exported the most packaged and branded natural honey in Türkiye this year. We have realized nearly half of Türkiye’s total honey exports.
