O rganisations had to improve their remote working abilities to adapt to the new order that we experience due to the Covid-19 pandemic. And HAVELSAN has been in the search for applications that will provide non- spatial meeting opportunities in order to meet the requirements in this new order. The company first tried using the common multinational applications but found them to be risky in terms of information security. Therefore, in search of national technology, HAVELSAN started examining the solutions of the companies within the Business Ecosystem. Choosing the most competent one among the solutions of partner companies and conducting challenging tests on the application, HAVELSAN has resolved the deficiencies with its own employees and collaborations and started using it after developing new features. Seeing that the Kurumların Covid-19 salgınıyla birlikte gündeme gelen yeni düzene uyum sağlamaları için uzaktan çalışma yeteneklerini geliştirmeleri gerekmiştir. HAVELSAN da bu gerekliliği gidermek amacıyla mekândan bağımsız olarak toplantı imkânı sağla- yacak uygulamalar arayışı içine girmiştir. İlk etapta bilinen çok uluslu uygulamaları kullanmayı dene- miş ancak bu uygulamaların bilgi güvenliği açısın- dan riskli olduklarını tespit etmiştir. Bu nedenle, milli bir teknoloji arayışına girerek HAVELSAN İş Ekosistemi içerisinde bulunan şirketlerin çözümleri- ni incelemeye başlamıştır. Paydaş firma çözümleri arasından en yetkin olanını seçerek uygulamaya çok zorlayıcı testler yapmış, kurduğu iş birliği kap- samında var olan eksiklikleri kendi çalışanları ile gidererek ve yeni özellikler geliştirerek kullanmaya başlamıştır.
