GEDİK HOLDİNG MAKES DATA-DRIVEN INVESTMENT IN YOUNG TALENT: STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH INTECHNE
Gedik Holding’s startup investment program GearUp has established a strategic partnership with the technology startup Intechne Technology. Under the collaboration agreement signed at Istanbul Gedik University, the goal is to identify young participants in robotics competitions at an early age through data-driven analysis of their performance and connect them with the industry. Intechne’s “TechApp” platform combines physical and digital processes to measure participants’ technical and problem-solving skills, transforming them into verified digital career profiles. The partnership aims to support the transition to a more sustainable and measurable talent management model within Türkiye’s STEM and robotics ecosystem. Hülya Gedik, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Gedik Holding, stated in her assessment of the partnership that they believe young talent is at the core of sustainable growth, noting that the partnership with Intechne is not merely an investment but also a demonstration of long-term confidence in Türkiye’s engineering and technology ecosystem. Gedik emphasized that they will continue to support initiatives that unlock the potential of young people and connect them with production.
