We aim to increase our trade volume with Bahraini companies. We follow the joint projects in the technology, cyber security, and healthcare sectors in this regard

Bahrain is one of the major tourism centres in the Gulf Region. However, the country’s economy was adversely affected by COVID-19 and the decline of oil prices. The government implemented a support package of 30 per cent of GDP to solve the fluctuation in the economy. In this period, we introduced Turkish and Bahraini companies in the food and healthcare sectors to each other at B2B with our online meetings. And we aim to increase our trade volume with Bahraini companies in the upcoming period. We follow the joint projects in the technology, cyber security, and healthcare sectors in this regard.

Bahrain is the second biggest country in Islamic finance now. It also has the best network of the Middle East-North Africa Region. We also aim to continue supporting Bahraini Islamic finance organisations to come to Turkey.
